  • The week was exactly what I had hoped for and needed. I am going through some significant life changes and needed a week to “re-center”, not check out so to speak. We worked our way through the MBSR course which will be life changing in so many ways as I continue to utilize the tools and skills gained into every day life and, of course, dealing with stressful situations. I truly believe everyone would benefit from this course. I was able to experience many different disciplines of yoga, significantly brooding my horizons and awareness. The most rewarding aspect of the experience was Suzanne’s intuition how best to communicate on an individual level. Most of our discussions took place during afternoon hikes in some of the most amazing surroundings along the San Diego coast. I was also able to experience visual and sound healing, as well, as making significant progress on my meditation skills. The food was amazing, healthy and prepared with care. I cant imagine accomplishing more in a week of wellness, mindfulness and yoga immersion. l will forever be grateful and plan on returning to pick up where we left off.

  • I highly recommend the Sedona retreat! It was a perfect combination of physical and spiritual activities for this 58-year-old! I was a little worried about being out of shape but was able to do all the activities with no problems.

    Suzanne was well organized from the start! We had a delicious welcome dinner as we gathered and met for the first time with all the lovely ladies on the retreat. We had a small group of 5 and got a chance to know everyone on our journey of health and healing. We finished our first night with a sound healing meditation and had some of the best healers I ever experienced on this retreat. We had a very talented Reiki healer and massage girl.


    I felt refreshed after this beautiful retreat of self care and healing. Suzanne is a great yoga teacher and event planner. We had everything we needed and more than we expected!

    I recommend this for all ages!
