With mindfulness, walk our local labyrinth & yoga with us! Yoga will be lead by Suzanne and will be a lite stretch flow to get the body movin' followed by a mat centered restorative practice. Afterwards, we will share sisterhood and Suzanne will make traditional ceremonial cacao. Best way to spend a winter day...Little outside, stretch & move the body and partake in a warm beverage with our trail Goddesses!
Please bring a yoga mat & any props you may want along with water and a SMILE.
