Please join us July 22-26, 2023 at Beautiful Big Bear Lake for a mindfulness-based Stand Up Paddle Board Yoga & Healing Waters Hiking Retreat!

The retreat is located in the San Bernadino Mountains, only two and a half hours from San Diego and Los Angeles.

This beautiful resort community boasts a quaint downtown and majestic hiking trails that surround a pristine lake, providing an ideal background for a relaxing, rejuvenating retreat.

Immerse yourself in the tranquility of nature while offering yourself the gift of practicing mindful living.

Evergreen Manor is a rustic-styled home located in Evergreen Estates, just a short distance from Snow Summit & Bear Mountain Resort.
Enjoy beautiful hiking trails, or catch a chair lift ride for a view of the lake!
The quaint village of Big Bear Lake is just a 5-minute drive away and offers lovely boutique shops and restaurants.
Evergreen Manor boasts a gourmet kitchen for gathering with friends and other retreat participants. The large formal dining room will serve as one of our indoor breakfast spots. The outdoor deck is where we will practice our vinyasa flow in the splendor and aroma of the pine and oak trees.
The evenings are a perfect time to enjoy a soak in the outdoor Jacuzzi under the stars. At almost 8,000 ft elevation, the clear skies of Big Bear make for exceptional stargazing!
At least one evening, we will be BBQing out on the deck.
